Here’s where we start…
Every home search looks a little different, but these four steps are where every one of our buyers begins.
Get Pre-approved
Before you fall in love with a home, get a full pre-approval from your mortgage lender. Knowing your real budget means every home you look at actually fits. We’re always happy to recommend lenders we trust too.
Book a Buyer consultation
We’d love to meet you, in person or virtually. This is where we get to know your goals and set you on the right path from day one and where you get to see if we’re the right fit for you.
Your home search begins
Once you’re pre-approved and we know what you are looking for, we’ll line up a few homes worth seeing in person. It’s also the best way to see us in action.
Hire a realtor you trust
If it feels right after those first showings, we’ll sit down together and sign the Buyer Representation Agreement and that’s when the fun really begins. From there, we represent you and your interests, always.
